Please review the fee structure below. Your application will not be accepted unless you pay the correct registration dues:
**Player Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE - It is important for a player to understand that once they have registered with CASL, full payment is due to the league. It is CASL's policy to NOT refund a player after registration under any circumstance.

Mens (O-30, Open Competative & Open Rec)
Payment Plan Available :
2 Installments: 11.00 deposit and 2nd Installment is
due on 11/13/2011 for $77.00 inclused $1 payment
plan fee.
New players must be registered by end of day Thursday
to play in Sundays games.

The browser of choice is INTERNET EXPLORER; however, online registration can be used with a variety of browsers.
Your registration is not considered complete until you have successfully submitted your payment on-line and it as been accepted by the registrar. You will need to get your Team Assignment Code from your Team Captain to be assigned to your Fall Team.
